Pastor James Menzies came to FBHV in October 2022 having served his “home church,” Perryville Bible Church (RI), for thirty years. He received his BA and MA from Columbia International University (SC) and his Ph.D. from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. He is the author of A Church in the Place, a history of Perryville Bible Church, and True Myth: C. S. Lewis and Joseph Campbell on the Veracity of Christianity.
